We are looking forward to being part of this year's Mid Devon Show once again. The Show will be taking place at Knightshayes in Tiverton on Saturday 25 July and gates open from 8:30am. Getting a good night’s sleep can be challenging in hot weather, especially if stress or anxious thoughts are keeping you awake. Our TALKWORKS for Improving Sleep workshop provides practical tools and techniques to help you sleep better and improve your overall wellbeing. The workshop is free to attend and delivered remotely, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. Our free little library at Compass House is starting to take shape!
Located in the waiting room at our Exeter base, our library is a shared space for staff and service users to discover, enjoy and exchange books.
Seen something you'd like to read? Borrow a book for as long as you need, then when you're finished, you can return it to the library or pass it on for someone else to enjoy.
If you have any pre-loved books you'd like to share, feel free to bring them along to your next appointment and add them to our shelves.

We're reminiscing back to this time last weekend at Exmouth Pride! Our staff and volunteers had a wonderful time meeting lots of different people and answering questions about our free NHS Talking Therapies service. Thank you to everyone who came over to chat with us.
