There is a very specific type of magic in the air today. ✨

Next Thursday, the FIFA Men’s World Cup officially kicks off. Because it’s a historically massive 48-team tournament hosted across Canada, Mexico, and the USA, the scale of what's about to happen is unprecedented.

But today, Friday June 5th, is the peak of the anticipation.

1. Group Contracts
Most properties use a joint tenancy. You and your housemates share equal responsibility for the total rent and the property’s condition.
2. Deposits & Protection
You will pay a security deposit before moving in, which is safely protected and returned at the end of your tenancy (minus any damages). A detailed inventory ensures fairness.
3. Guarantors
Students usually need a UK guarantor (typically a parent or guardian) who agrees to cover rent if you can't. Alternative options are available if you don't have one.
4. Holding Fee
A small holding fee is required to reserve the property and take it off the market while paperwork is sorted. This is usually credited back toward your rent.
5. What’s Included
All homes come fully furnished with bedroom essentials (beds, wardrobes), living space furniture, and major appliances (fridge, washing machine).
6. Tenancy Length
Contracts are fixed-term and typically run for a full academic year. Rent is payable for the entire duration, even during university holidays.
7. Ongoing Support
You are never on your own. You will have full access to our dedicated maintenance team and ongoing support for any tenancy questions throughout the year.
