At Extend Dance, we love seeing people discover a passion they never expected would become such an important part of life.

After spotting Extend Dance on social media, Roy and Lesley decided to enquire about local classes. From their first conversation with Olya, they felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged to attend a trial class.

What began as simply giving it a go quickly became something much more. From week one, they absolutely loved dancing and looked forward to returning every week.

Elevate brings greater freedom, smoother movement, and confident musical expression into every Ballroom and Latin dance you practise together weekly.

Elevate is an eight-week class designed for dancers ready to progress beyond Step Up through advanced movement principles and musicality. Students explore lead, follow, balance, and pick-a-path figures creating endless variations while developing effortless movement and genuine dance freedom naturally.

Classes remain friendly, supportive, and social, helping adults aged forty-to-seventy-plus enjoy learning, movement, confidence, and meaningful connection together every week.
