I have been registered nurse most of my working life, supporting people with their health needs. I have loved my nursing career with it's challenges and opportunities. I have also been keen on self development and have read many books and been on courses to help me personally but also to help me help others. This led me to training and now become qualified as a KEY COACH. This seems like a natural progression as I retire from nursing. I use my skills and training to help people create good HEALTH, WEALTH, HAPPINESS AND LOVE in their lives. Becoming AWARE of the things in our lives that are stopping us having the lives we truly deserve is the first step.
