For Snowy Veterinary Centre, the use of soft green accents throughout the practice was a deliberate design choice bringing a sense of calm, balance and warmth into the space while maintaining a clean and professional aesthetic.

In veterinary environments especially, creating a calming atmosphere is incredibly important. Thoughtfully selected tones and finishes can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety for both pet owners and staff, while also making the practice feel more welcoming and approachable from the moment clients walk through the door.

For Snowy Vets, it was important that these spaces felt clean, calm and highly functional for both the veterinary team and the animals in their care.

The stainless steel kennel fit out provides durability, hygiene and ease of maintenance, while the overall layout ensures an efficient workflow for staff throughout the practice.

Details like lighting, ventilation, materials and spatial planning all play a role in creating an environment that feels safe and comfortable.

It’s often the smallest details that have the biggest impact on how a space feels.

At Snowy Vets, every element was carefully considered to create an environment that feels calm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed from the moment you walk through the door.

From the soft green accents and warm timber textures, to the lighting choices, finishes and clean architectural lines These details work together to shape the overall experience of the practice. In healthcare and veterinary environments especially, design plays a huge role in influencing comfort, trust and wellbeing for both clients and staff.

The close-up details throughout this project showcase the importance of intentional design. Where every material, finish and feature has been selected to contribute to a cohesive and calming atmosphere.
