MESSAGE FROM TOUR MANAGER MARK:

Evening all,

With Minehead fast approaching, I'm afraid you'll have a few emails from me with regard to final details.

One of them being this one regarding dinner on the Saturday evening, currently booked for 7-7.30 depending on the time play finishes on Saturday.

We have booked Ludo's Italian onsite to cater for our whole party.

Please can you look at the menu and let me know your main course choice by Friday 21st if possible. If more than one family member is coming please can you put the persons name by their choice so that we can ensure everyone gets the right meal on the night.

Please note that the club is not paying for this, it is an informal event to get everyone together as it will be busy onsite at Minehead.
