What makes creating the Colonnades experience so rewarding?

For Mario, our Sous Chef, it's the opportunity to help bring each menu to life. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted with the aim of delivering a "dream on a plate" - creating moments that are as memorable as they are delicious.
