Muscle Asylum Gym

We trained in the Gym last night and honestly it finally feel like ‘The Asylum’ 💯💯🔥🔥

Tunes absolutely booming(real tunes, music can make or break a proper workout), machines are all placed in a position I’m happy with, and it’s already oozing atmosphere again even whilst empty…. Nailed it 👌

If you want to jump in and train for FREE this week, I’ll be in tomorrow from 2-6pm, same Friday and I’ll be in 12-4pm Sat and Sun as I’ve opened my other shop as of yesterday so I’ll be in the building.

I can’t actually fully open the Gym yet until I decide where and how I’m fitting the entry system as obviously I have a bunch of businesses under 1 roof…. The Gym was only being added as an Extra for myself, but I reckon it’s gonna be full of the right people just shortly.

The Gym……

It was good to see a bunch of you last night and get your opinions on the place so I can make my mind up with what I’m doing(even felt tiny watching some of you train so I need to get my finger out 🤦‍♂️)

Saturday I’ll be there 12-4pm for anybody else that wants to pop in and see the place and/OR get a session in(I’ll be training…. And yes I look like a swimmer, but it’s nearly January and we all have to start somewhere 😉).

Loud Heavy metal music, cast iron weights rattling, chalk in the air, and zero f*ckin rules…. This ain’t a ‘Gym for everyone’ but if you want atmosphere and the kind of Gym I think of when you say ‘Bodybuilding’, then this is it 💯💯

Taking 2 ECA stack at 10pm to give me energy to move stuff about my Gym wasn’t the best idea…… I’m still awake 👀👀…. They defo never underdosed the old stuff from back in the day anyway 🤦‍♂️😂
