What started as a 28 day no drinking challenge has been quite a journey, and it’s far from over.

London - you were tough! The day itself is the final lap in a long slog of rainy days runs. Running when you don’t want to. When you do want to. When you’re sick and when you’re well.

I’m glad I did it, I’m also happy it’s over.
