We starting by removing partition walls, stairs,
The existing floor, removing all plumbing, and electrical work. Removing main wall and supported with double concrete beams. Stripping out the Old existing ceiling at the back area. Ect Ect

Starting with a new partition walls to created a new 2 bathroom space.
Leveling the hole floor with timber & 18mm plywood,
We creat 72m2 acoustic chilling to follow the Scottish standard by treated timber 150 x 50
Heavy duty metal trims 100mm wool double acoustic plasterboard.
Alot of joinery work creating with in exact measurements curved shapes by mdf 18mm
A unique Curved shape Bar Vitrine
And authentic classic bar with oak work top
Plastering the ceiling and varnish,
Tiling the hole floor with rustic tile carpet shape.
Hole plumbing and drainage been pleased
And a plumbing Certificate was handed in the end of this project
Hole Electrical work been replaced
& A Certificate was handed at the end of project.

The design was base to something unique
Wine bar, friendly Environment that you can enjoy chilling, on a night out
