The sudden disappearance of dodgy facial hair can mean only one thing.

The one-off showing of Rogues So Banished is done and dusted! Thank you to everyone who came down to last night to support the show.

Specials thanks of course go to for his brilliant, evocative sound design as well as his friendship and unwavering supporr. And of course director whose passion for the project was clear from the very start. He took a storytelling show and made it a storming intense piece of horror theatre we're both very proud of. He went above and beyond. It was a tremendously fun, engaging and educational bit of creative development for me.

We started off at Spilt Milk in Leith with Rob McGlade doing the sound design. Then we were in at doing dramaturgical development and then on to to work on the tech before our performance there last night.

The Storytelling Centre staff were magnificent and supportive as always. An absolute pleasure working alongside them.

I feel very privileged and humbled by the amount of passion and work others put into this show. The feedback from the audience blew me away.

We'll see what the future holds for the rogues and their gory colonial adventures. Til then it's back to the writing desk.
