A reminder that the area outside Create Business Properties is not, in fact, Edinburgh’s newest recycling centre and to anyone considering fly tipping outside … we’d strongly advise against it.

We recently caught offenders on camera and, let’s just say, the CCTV coverage around the business hub is extensive and definitely not something to be underestimated.

While we can appreciate the confidence it takes to unload rubbish directly in front of multiple cameras, it’s not fair on the businesses, tenants and local residents who take pride in the area.

We work hard to create a clean, welcoming environment for everyone in the community and illegal dumping simply spoils it for all.
