VIRTUAL PT SESSIONS
"I've just finished a virtual session with Hannah and its energised me for my day, which is something that i'd been struggling to do in the last week. I wasn't sure how a virtual session would go, but any fears are gone, it was great! Its also given me ideas for doing home strength and conditioning for the future." - Cathy, long distance runner.
Just because you dont have access to a gym doesn't mean you cant progress your strength & fitness! Working out at home requires more creativity and quite often people find it harder to stick to their plan.
