🇷🇼 It was a privilege for our co-founder, Garreth Wood, to meet with His Excellency President Paul Kagame last week to discuss the importance of expanding access to safe surgery for children.
Since beginning our work in Rwanda, Kids Operating Room has helped establish paediatric operating rooms across the country, and supported the training of paediatric surgical scholars, strengthening surgical care for children across the country. 🙏
We are grateful for Rwanda's continued commitment to strengthening healthcare and look forward to building on the partnerships that help make life-changing surgery possible for more children. 💛
