At Mindroom, we know many employers want to better support neurodivergent staff but aren’t always sure what that looks like in practice or where to begin.

That’s why we’ve put together a free Practical Guide to Neuroinclusion. A simple resource with ideas and first steps that can help build understanding, reduce barriers and create a more supportive working environment.

It’s designed to be an easy starting point, whether you’re just beginning to think about neuroinclusion or looking to develop your approach further.

Accessing healthcare can sometimes create unexpected barriers for neurodivergent people. 📞

We often hear that phone-only appointments, long waits and needing to explain complex needs quickly can feel overwhelming or inaccessible.

These challenges can make it harder for people to seek support when they need it most. Small changes in how services are designed and delivered can make a real difference to accessibility.

At Mindroom, we continue to work with families and partners to highlight these barriers and support more inclusive approaches to accessing care, including:
• Promoting clearer and more accessible communication
• Encouraging flexible ways to access appointments and support
• Sharing lived experiences to help services better understand neurodivergent needs
• Supporting families to navigate healthcare and advocacy systems

Creating accessible services starts with listening to the experiences of the people using them.
