So, we can let the cat out of the bag now. As a wee aside from our usual work the second year students did a brief for Matt at The product is a vitamin and nootropic supplement aimed at helping with the health and wellbeing of hospitality professionals and it launches today. Angus’ Design was selected for the front of the packaging and Vicky’s was selected for the back. Jakub’s Design was given serious consideration too and, when Matt gets to the stage where the bags are printed rather than just stickered then elements of his design may be incorporated too.
Spent today trying to put together a simple tutorial to demonstrate that combining simple movements can result in giving an impression of something more complex. In this instance a walking figure. This il literally comprised of a few objects with slight rotations parented to one with up and down movement. This was then precomposed to allow movement from left to right and a couple of backgrounds were moved in the opposite direction. Sound effects and a bit of background music completed the effect and we have a quick, reasonable impression of a figure walking.
