More Spring time, yeast free, gluten free bread option ..Ed the baker in the family has refined my previous recipe (and it looks so much better). Trying a new baking soda free option, similar to pumpernickel and so delicious..cool, slice, and store in the freezer😊🌼🍞Recipe in the comments below...PS the secret ingrediant is physillum husk powder (its magic)

Leith Walk never ceases to surprise us. Found ourselves in McNaughton’s antique bookshop. Tucked away in a basement opposite Valvona’s. It’s like stepping back to a slower, richer time .. nothing like the smell of old books …wonderful ☺️
