EBC 100 Club - Big respect to Lizzy 💪

I am currently seeing a lot of my regular clients hitting the 100 PT sessions with me and become part of this exclusive club know as the EBC 100 Club 🙌

Lizzy is one of the original superstars from back in the day! Lizzy started coming to the outdoor bootcamp back in April 2018! It was very clear that Lizzy loved the hard work and gave the classes everything she had! After marriage and kids, Lizzy joined the Fit Mummy Bootcamp classes with her wee one. Once again, showing that she was fit and strong post baby 💪

I advised that Lizzy needed to get in my private gym for bigger and harder workouts, and Lizzy formed a small group PT with 2 other fit mummy's from the class.

That awesome group of 3 smashed out 116 PT session between April 2022 and August 2025!

Lizzy has been training with me 1 on 1 since as the group had to go separate ways due to life happening.

Lizzy has now smashed 53 more workouts 1 on 1 and has a regular slot on a Friday every week. Lizzy is a pleasure to train! She always brings positive energy in to the gym and gives the workouts everything she has!

What a FUN weekend of Spartan races to kick off the UK series 👌

Great weather, 3 awesome races in the weekend to complete the trifecta 🙌

I loved every minute of the weekend and just love taking on the obstacles and feeling strong 💪

I hope you have all had a lovely Easter break and that you are now ready to kick start your new term ahead!

Tomorrow will be the start of the last term of indoor classes before the big summer break and they have been filling up quickly!

Tuesday 21st April is the start of the indoor classes again at Fairmilehead Church! You can book your slot on the first 4 week block now as once the spaces are filled up, there will be a waiting list. The first ones to transfer the payment will be locked in. These classes a filling up fast so be quick!
