The scale doesnât always matter

My online client Chris is a perfect example of this.

As you can see from his comparison photos, he is significantly leaner and has more muscle on his body.

The scales tell another story though..

Between these two pictures there is less than 1kg difference.

Yes, just 1kg. Thatâs it.

This is why Iâm so big on taking progress pictures and documenting body measurements as well as noting how you feel mentally.

Because the number on the scale is only one piece of data.

And thatâs all it is.
