My famous Orange Polenta Cake (gluten free)
2 oranges boiled
Then blitz with 185g of sugar
Whip 4 large eggs to ribbon stage
185g half polenta and almond ground
1tsp baking powder
50 gr gluten free flour
370g mascarpone whipped with vanilla and icing sugar to taste
And lemon curd drizzled in between the layers
