Lets talk about roof maintenance - Scottish weather usually brings rain, so it would be silly not to ensure your roof is in good condition before the seasons change. Some slates/tiles slip or fail and this can cause water ingress. EBM carry out an annual roof condition report so owners are aware of whats going on with the roof - giving the opportunity to carry out repairs before the ingress sets in. Gutters and downpipes are cleared of vegetation to ensure everything is flowing freely.
