Customer arrived with a snapped, single key for their LDV V80 — no spare and no access.
We carried out a non-destructive lock pick to gain entry, then decoded the door lock directly to retrieve the correct key cuts. Using our on-board equipment, we cut and supplied two new manual keys on-site, restoring full access without delay or the need for dealership support.

🚗🔑 Suzuki Alto Key Rescue! 🔧🛠️

We were called out by a customer who had just bought a secondhand 2010 Suzuki Alto. After the sale, the seller posted them a 2nd key—but when it arrived, the car wouldn’t start. ❌🔑

🔍 On inspection, we found the immobiliser wasn’t switching off, preventing the engine from starting. The reason? The key was missing its transponder chip! When the seller swapped the key casing, they forgot to transfer the chip, which was loose and not attached to the remote board.

✅ We programmed a brand new transponder chip and installed it into the key.
✅ We reprogrammed the central locking so it worked with the remote again.
✅ We also ordered a new key blade, as the original was worn and sticking in the ignition.
