Please find the “Finish at Home” Menu for Saturday 3rd April. We hope you enjoy it as much as the previous two we have offered.

Please order via email or telephone by 6pm on Wednesday 31st March. We will take payment and offer collection time and arrange delivery between 1pm and 5pm on 3rd April.

Delivery is Free to Sharpthorne, West Hoathly and Highbrook.

We charge £5 for delivery to East Grinstead, Ashhurst Wood, Forest Row, Horsted Keynes, Lindfield, Chelwood Gate, Lingfield, Felbridge, Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath.

The shop is available as always. Orders can be placed anytime during the week up to 5pm on Thursday for Friday delivery/collection and 5pm on Friday for Saturday.

New in this week Jersey Royal Potatoes, Broad Beans, and English Cucumbers. Purple Sprouting Broccoli is available but we recommend this is ordered before Friday to guarantee supply – everyone seems to want it!

Friday and Saturday we will offer lunch 12 to 2pm, dinner 5.30pm to 8.30pm and the bar will be open from 12noon to 10pm.

Sunday we will open from 12 noon until 10pm and offer food from 12noon to 6pm.

We will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Yesterday felt like Spring had truly arrived. Today Autumn is back!
Below are some of the pictures you kindly sent of “Finish at Home” from Saturday. Thank you all for your kindness in sending them and your kind words. Alex is preparing one more before we reopen. Saturday 3rd April.

The menu will follow next week. So this is a date for the diary.

Reopening:

We plan to offer drinks only on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 10pm.

Friday and Saturday we will offer lunch 12 to 2pm, dinner 5.30pm to 8.30pm and the bar will be open from 12noon to 10pm.

Sunday we will open from 12 noon until 10pm and offer food from 12noon to 6pm.

We will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

This limited operation will be in place until mid-May, when we hope to be able to welcome guests inside the pub.

Concerning reservations, we would ask you call or email your reservation requests to us, they will not be available online. We would also ask for your understanding, that in the evening we really need to turn the tables once, thus giving an approximate time of 1.5 hours for a meal. This should allow time to enjoy a meal and allow us to still be here in May when things can be a little more relaxed.

We will set aside a few tables for people to come and enjoy a drink, but again would advise calling and we will set aside a table for you.

As you are probably aware the rule of 6 applies or two households, as with previous easing of restrictions. Please note our largest table in the garden is 6. Most tables are for four guests.

Please don’t worry, if there is not an instant reply. I’m on my own in the office. Creating a collage of images above, was almost a step too far! We will respond.
