Full time Bodyshop administrator required

* You will be responsible for the administration of all Bodywork matters including reception duties, bookings, courtesy car diary control, recovery driver’s diary, liaising with work providers, car hire companies and customer call backs.
* These tasks require excellent organisational and IT skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.
* You are expected to maintain up to date knowledge on Bodyshop procedures and developments, and be able to clearly communicate these to the customer.
* As the first point of contact for customers and work providers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
* The ideal candidate will have worked / or is currently working within a similar role within an accident repair centre or within the Motor Trade but training can be provided.

Salary negotiable depending on experience, this is a full time position
Monday to Friday 8am -4:30pm

Due to continued success and an increase in workload we find ourselves in the fortunate position to expand our team here at Autoecosse Autobody. We currently have vacancies for 2 Apprentice positions in Vehicle Body Repair at our workshop in Dundee.

In this role, as an Apprentice in Vehicle Body Repair, you will work with a range of highly skilled and qualified technicians in an insurance-based workshop. These are both full-time positions consisting of working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. We expect applicants to attend Perth College on day/block release in order to gain qualifications in this Apprentice role.

We are looking for two individuals that have a strong interest in motor vehicles. You must be hard working and work well as part of a team. Applicants are required to have gained a National 5 Qualification in both Maths and English.

Did you know we can fix jet skis and have them looking as good as new?

We’ve had a very exciting job in our workshop over the past few days. We’ve been restoring this jet ski so that the owner can make use of the good weather ☀️

The owner of this beauty had noticed that it was taking in a lot of water when he was using it and decided to bring it into us. After looking at it we noticed that there was a large hole in the bottom of the jet ski which is why it was letting in so much water.

After spending a couple of days in our workshop it’s looking as good as new and ready for some summer fun. We fixed the issue and repainted the bottom and it really does look great… if we do say so ourselves 😂
