9 weeks out ๐Ÿ“ธ

close to the big day now. Starting to have the hard days more now but she knows this is where the fun stuff begins. Weight isnโ€™t playing ball but the pictures say a lot more than simply a number on the scale.

Letโ€™s see how lean we can get her.

Tomorrow marks the last day as a personal trainer โŒ

To all my clients, past and present, youโ€™ve been absolutely class. Iโ€™ve enjoyed every single session and the trust youโ€™ve put in me never goes unnoticed. Iโ€™ll leave all the soppy messages for in person ๐Ÿ˜…

My time in PureGym and Skyaxe has been nothing short of amazing. 2 great gyms and being able to work with your best mate is always a plus!

I will 100% miss Dundee and everyone Iโ€™ve met. Some truly amazing people that Iโ€™m lucky to call friends but time to go. (Knowing me, Iโ€™ll be back ๐Ÿ˜…).

Iโ€™ll still be available online but 1-1 has now fully stopped.

Time to reset and move ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ

7 months completed and 14.5kg lost ๐Ÿฆ

This is my client who struggled with gaining the "perfect" week.

He mentioned that he had a couple of moments that threw him off track.

He got so annoyed at it that he was really put down by it all.

Felt like a failure.

"Vish, I'm the type of guy to do something and give it 100% and that just isn't be best".

I apprietiated the honesty from him (no point in lying!) but all I said was, he was being too harsh on himself!

A few months ago, that slip up wasn't a couple of slices of pizza. It was 4-5 days of takeaways with no form of exercise. It was him giving up every time he even thought of going to the gym.

In reality there was no slip ups! He still completed every session that week, every minute of cardio and got his steps, plus more! No magic behind it, just smart with his food which allowed him to lead a balanced lifestyle ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Striving for the best is great and you should do so but sometimes we need that helping hand to put things into perspective.

We can sometimes expect too much from ourselves and that can cause us to had a moment. No need to hate ourselves for it though! โŒ

Think about about far you've come, what have you learnt in your journey so far, the new habits you're building, how you feel in vour clothes etc.

If you think you've messed up, take a step back and put things into perspective. I promise you, you'll realise how far you've come. ๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿพ

If this sounds like you and you're being too harsh on yourself then send me a message and let me give you a helping hand ๐Ÿ“ฉ
