Your £10 consultation booking fee is non-refundable, failure to attend or give 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange will result in your £10 fee being forfeited.
Every appointment will require a non-refundable booking fee. This will go towards the final balance of your service(s).

I understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

If you know you are unable to attend your appointment, please let me know as early as possible so I can reschedule your appointment, transferring your booking fee where I can.
(Please note, hair extension booking fees will not be refunded in the case of cancellation).

Please allow adequate shipment time for any pre-ordered hair. Failure to do so will result in appointment cancellation (usually shipment takes 1.5-2 weeks).
All payments for hair must be paid for before the hair order is placed.
Once a new set of Hair extensions has been installed into the clients hair there will be no refunds or exchange.

Hair extensions removal fee of £35 is paid before your appointment and is non-refundable. However, if its booked later than recommended or hair is very mated, initial £15 will be charged on the day of removal.

Hair extensions fitting booking fee of £50 is paid before your appointment and is non-refundable. Remaining amount is to be paid on the day of fitting.

Fusion bonds refitting is done over 2 days.

✔︎When choosing your extensions specialist always ask for "under the hood" photos, so you know how the bonds looks like.
✔︎Curls will hide all blending imperfections, so it's important to see how hair looks like when it's straight.
✔︎Brazilian blowdry or hair botox is beneficial treatment if you have curly or frizzy hair and want straight extensions.
