The Council have visited the temporary footpath outside our shop and have secured and bolted the yellow ramps in place for safety of use.
These will remain in place until the footpath can be reopened following completion of the work at The Dunblane.

Tues 21 July note from Stirling Council:

Stirling Council Building Standards team has been liaising with the owners of the Dunblane Hotel who confirmed that scaffolding was required to allow safe access to the roof. Contractors have erected scaffolding to the front of the building earlier today. The owners have stated that they intend to erect scaffolding to the side and rear of the property over the next few days and they will aim to have repairs completed within the next ten days, subject to weather conditions.

Please note that since this correspondence was sent to Ruby Ruby, there have been two falls as pedestrians have moved from the pavement to the road, today’s resulted in a hospital visit.
