SO many proud moments at TT in 2025 but a real highlight for us was James’ incredible 12 week transformation ✨

James makes up one half of an absolute DREAM couple that you could ever wish for as clients - his wife Chloe is the other half. What started off as him signing up to the online coaching with us purely to support Chloe (amazing in itself) turned out to be much more than that!

For years James has been stuck in a bit of a cycle with losing weight and improving his body composition. He’s always enjoyed training but struggled to consistently stick to a good training regime and eat well at the same time. The online coaching has been a bit of a gamechanger for him and helped him to break out of this cycle. He’s found what works for him and his body and he’s found something that can work for him long term. Most importantly he’s enjoyed the process.

I’m sure you’ll agree, physically his results are incredibly impressive! 🤩 In just 3 months, his body has really transformed. Over 1.5 stone down and huge improvements in body composition, he’s shaped up in all the right places and not lost one bit of strength (he is incredibly strong!!)

The secret? Dedication and consistency. From day one James gave us nothing less than 100% commitment. He showed up every day without fail and got the job done. Whatever we asked of him he did it and never once gave us any BS excuses! I know having the best support at home goes an awful long way too. James & Chloe played a massive part in each others success, supporting, motivating and encouraging each other along the way.

Was it easy? Hell No! It never will be easy for anyone. But when your ‘WHY’ is strong enough the ‘HOW’ is always much easier. Thanks for putting your trust in us James, it’s been a real pleasure 💚

Proud to sponsor and see our new sponsor board up at Allotment Lane yesterday 🤩

As many of you know we have been working with Great Driffield AFC ⚽️ by delivering some pre-season fitness sessions here at Team Transform. It’s always been one of Scott’s goals to work closely with a sports team, even better when it’s your local club. The lads who got involved with the pre-season training have enjoyed the challenge of the sessions and we would like to think it’s helped in some way to contribute towards such a strong start to the new season 💪🏻

It’s safe to say that the lads are off to a flying start this season with 6 games unbeaten including 5 wins. It’s looking promising and we look forward to starting up the fitness sessions again with the club once the midweek games are over 🏆

It’s great to be a part of a club that so many of our TT’ers are a part of too either themselves or through supporting their kids in their football journey ⚽️

PLEASE READ ‼️

There is a planned closure of the Skerne Road level Crossing from 7am on Tuesday 28th January to 7am Monday 3rd February. There will be no vehicular or pedestrian access.

As frustrating as this is for us, all the other businesses down Skerne Road, the residents and all of you guys trying to get to us it’s not looking likely that anything is going to change now. We really do feel for everyone affected.

We plan to keep everything running as normal and hope you will all be able to continue to support us during this time. Obviously we understand if this is just not possible and we want to give you plenty of notice if you have to cancel sessions etc.

Access to Team Transform will be via Skerne either from Wansford and through Skerne or via Hutton, Skerne etc. Inevitably this will add on a bit of extra time to your journey but hoping you will still be able to make it to us.

PLEASE tag your TT buddies and share to your stories so everyone is aware of this. If you have any questions please just ask.
