Well folks, as summer is on the way I am available to take up to 5 more clients on a 3 month fitness journey all for the same result ( to get in better shape).💪

Whether it be toning up or losing some weight, it all can be achieved!🙌

I am offering a package that includes 3 training sessions a week, gym membership, dietary advice and weekly check ins. 🔥

1-1 sessions are available or if you have a friend that also wants to get started then small group sessions are also available 👌

This will be at the gym on the ballyduggan industrial estate🏋️‍♀️
