Position: Field Service Engineer (Coffee Machines)
Hours: Full Time Position - Monday to Friday

Details: Due to an ever expanding company we are looking for a full time field engineer.

* Previous experience would be an advantage in the coffee machine industry repairing both traditional and bean to cup machines but on the job training will be given.
* Can work on their own and as part of a team.
* To carry out day to day call outs and repairs on Coffee Machines.
* Demonstrate fault finding to first fix onsite repairs.
* Servicing and filtration of customer’s machines.
* Ensure the vans are stocked with the relevant parts to complete their jobs.
* Work to schedules set out by the manager.
* Capable of understanding and filling in paperwork / ProNett.
* With a clean driving license, and to ensure their vehicle is road worthy at all times.
* You must be confident and friendly with a smart and professional appearance.
* Good communication skills with customer’s.
* Help with the day to day / stocking of machines and parts when needed.
* Have a flexible approach to work, location and hours.
