DN7 Repairs

Today has been controller repair day!

Nintendo switch arrived, no power, not charging! Very often this is a damaged charge port but not this time. Only taking 5V but should be 15V. Main charging chip had shorted out. Replaced and back to life.

Another PS5 in today for an HDMI port. So delicate on these consoles, so easily damaged. Strip down, remove, replace and clean. Good as new again.

Nice scooter repair job in. Damage to the side caps on the front wheel which led to the motor wires being scuffed and cut. Strip down, cut back the damaged wire and re solder to the motor. Caps back on and it’s good to go.

Nintendo switch day. New side rails fitted as Joycons were disconnecting. And a little flex cable replacement on a joycon to fix the top button.
