Three-sided Patio Project!

This lovely Raveena Indian Sandstone patio in Rossington was created completely to the customer's requirements, with an extended main patio across the back of the house which incorporate a path to a smaller patio area at the back of the garden. An additional patio was created in a lovely sunspot slightly away from the main area - just for some peaceful relaxing alone!

Full dig out of all the area, plus removal of existing slabs accompanied the lowering of a manhole cover to incorporate a less intrusive recessed cover, and finally the whole patio was edged with a Raj Green Sandstone Cobble Sett to create a traditional look to the slabs.

Steps Project

Complete transformation of the frontage of a house in Birdwell. Decking removed and replaced with some steps constructed from Rippon Buff Indian Sandstone and matching brick, with Plaspave Sorrento Blocks and Cosmo Setts to match existing block paving.

- Decking removed and disposed of without the need for an expensive skip
- Existing concrete broken up and re-used as hardcore
- Brick retaining walls built to take account of sloping contours of existing garden and block paving
- Sandstone paving laid to create full width steps in line with existing block paving
- Block paving laid utilising matching blocks and cobble setts
