I’ve been learning how to make healthy naughty snacks. I’m trying to avoid eating any preservatives, e numbers, sugar, seed oils and I’m being mega strict with reading the back of all food and drink labels, and if I don’t know what something is I look it up cos usually it’s terrrible. Food should be food not a chemical cocktail. Time to take care of our health to the best of our ability. We weren’t designed to have all the health issues humans have got….

So here is my delicious four ingredient cookies, and my my they are good!

2 bananas, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut and some cheeky choc chips that could have been raisins but i can’t resist a little dark chocolate! Mix it all together and bake for 11 mins 180 degrees. And voila ! Beautiful healthy ish cookies 🍪
