The Piggery Farm Shop

We hope you are all keeping as cool as possible.
We have decided to close early on Thursday and Friday (25th & 26th June).
The afternoon sun shines fully on the front of the shop towards the end of the afternoon and running a kitchen becomes sweltering. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
We will probably suspend hot drinks in the afternoon too so that we reduce the heat from the urn and dishwasher.
Normal service will be resumed as soon as the temperatures drop a little.

We also do a lot for our livestock to keep them cool - providing shower lines to the livestock in buildings, wallows for the outdoor pigs and the staff are being brilliant by coming in early when it’s a little bit cooler.
