Mass building doesn’t need to be complicated.
Solid week of training.
Strength moving up, bodyweight moving up, and I’m enjoying this phase.
Nothing fancy.
Hard sessions.
Basic lifts.
Enough food.
Better sleep.
Actually recovering between sessions.
That’s usually where most people overcomplicate it.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You need to show up, execute the basics, and repeat them long enough for your body to change.
Show up. Do the work. Recover. Repeat.
