To all the other coaches that I got the pleasure of sharing meals, laughs and knowledge with, thank you for such a warm welcome and an amazing weekend! I can’t wait to do it all over again!! ❤️

First seminar up was the main man, the myth, the legend, the human encyclopaedia himself Jake Carter whoran a seminar looking into gut health! Some of the info on this blew my mind and the link the gut has to all aspect of life and health is phenomenal!! Thanks Jake, you never fail to impress when you start imparting knowledge!

This was followed by Lucas from who shared some amazing information on his 5 top supplements for gut health! Some really amazing knowledge gained from this. Thanks Lucas, and thank you for all the info you shared over lunch and dinner as well! Was a pleasure meeting you.

I can’t wait to deep dive into the topic of gut health even further because it is something that can and will benefit everyone in day to day life and health.

For now it’s back to zoom calls with the legends of the Carter Institute Family but I can’t wait to get to some more in person seminars again in the near future! ❤️
