We have been very busy the past few weeks, one to ones, group classes, workshops and retreats 😊🤩 ...its been 'all GO !'

We had a really beautiful PILATES LAB with fellow instructors where we had the pleasure ( and challenge) of moving and learning together ❤️

We love that we have such a great and growing Pilates community here in the Northwest and we should always keep at the forefront the importance of continuous learning and expanding of our SKILLS as Pilates instructors 🙌❤️

Louise and I have between us 27 years of teaching and training in Pilates and FAMO fascia movement 🤯🙈😅

Not just learning the exercises BUT also trainng your eyes 👀 is so important for when you have your clients in front of you on the Mat or on the apparatus 👌🙌

💡 A space to share knowledge, ask questions, try things out
💬 Each month has a theme—we explore it through movement, discussion, and experimentation

✨️🩰BALLET BARRE GROUP CLASS / Pilates leg work on larger Apparatus 🦵💪 ✨️

🤝 £15 covers studio hire, equipment, and supports those who lead parts of the session

Spots are limited. To keep the vibe safe and professional, we ask that all participants are:

It was another wondering gathering of Pilates instructors from all over the Northwest on Friday 🙌🤩💓❤️

It is so gorgeous to have our fellow instructors join us...everyone comes from very different journeys in becoming Pilates teachers, different schools of training and experience and its so wonderful to move together and deepen our mastery and understanding of Pilates ❤️
