📚 Headteacher Development Day July 2026 💙

Last week, we brought together our Headteachers for another inspiring Embark Headteacher Development Day.

These events provide valuable time to step away from the day-to-day, collaborate with colleagues and focus on the strategic priorities that continue to strengthen our family of schools.

The day included Trust updates, discussions around risk management and self-evaluation, collaborative alignment activities, stakeholder voice, anti-racism, people and culture, and an engaging session with Creative Hut. We also gathered feedback from our Headteachers on future communications and events, ensuring their voices continue to shape the direction of Embark.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to such a productive and positive day. The collaboration, shared expertise and collective commitment to improving outcomes for our young people are what make Embark such a special place.
