I hear it every single week: “Can I have the Chilli Beef but without the greens?” or “I don’t like sprouts, they taste like dirt.”
The truth? Most people don’t hate vegetables; they just hate how the supermarkets have taught them to cook them. Boiled into a grey mush? Yeah, I’d hate that too.

I’ve run my meal prep business for six years, and today I’m admitting the truth: I am absolutely not as fit as you think I am!
People assume because I’m in the nutrition industry, I’m addicted to exercise. The reality? I’ve always been addicted to food. I wish fitness was my ultimate coping mechanism, but it’s just not.
Back in January, I tried forcing myself to run every single day. It lasted exactly six days before I quit. 💀 But last month, something finally clicked. I had a massive realization: there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ box for fitness. My brain doesn’t want to just do CrossFit, or go to the same gym three times a week. I need variety to stay on track.
So this week, I changed it up completely. I hit a Hyrox class, did a BootRun, smashed a PT session, and a circuit session. January-me couldn’t be bothered to train once a week—now I’m hitting it four or five times because I’m doing it my way.
