One of the biggest misconceptions in the fitness industry is that progress needs to happen quickly.
In reality, the most successful results are often built through consistency, patience and sustainable habits.
This client has reduced their weight from 70.4kg to 58.6kg through a structured approach to training, nutrition and lifestyle habits.
A total loss of 11.8kg tracked and analysed using Inbody health scans, data driven.
No extreme diets.
No quick fixes.
No unsustainable methods.
Just consistent effort and a plan tailored to the individual.
