Afternoon All,

Just a little shout out reminding people to check their washing machine drainage filters, if you have one!

Heading into the wet season, washing machines can be over worked having more issues then normal.

Washing Machine Care

With warmer weather coming there’ll be an increase in laundry, so it’s crucial to keep your washing machine in good working order:

• Clean the Filter:

If your washing machine has a filter, clean it regularly to avoid clogs and improve water drainage.

• Balance the Load:

Overloading the machine can strain the motor and reduce its efficiency.

Do Not underload your machine as this will cause the drum to warp.
Also hitting components within the machine, causing them to break.

Always fill the drum 3/4 full giving the machine a chance to balance your load, with a more smoother / controlled spin.

Keep doors / drawers open to prevent smells and build up of mould.
