We have a brilliant opportunity for an up and coming Service Advisor to join our client a very successful motor retail group at their dealership in Daventry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to provide the very best in customer care. As the Service Advisor you will receive a brilliant basic salary as well as a fantastic OTE and the very best in personal and professional development which can take your career to new heights.

As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Accurately recording vehicle details
• Maximising service sales and profitability
• To provide effective day to day workshop administration from job cards to invoicing
• Providing outstanding customer service

You will be currently working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or an Aftersales Advisor working within an aftersales environment in a franchised car dealership. You will also have experience using the CDK/ ADP /Kerridge Dealer Management System as this would be a distinct advantage.
