Called to an emergency blocked drain, customer only had one toilet so it needed to be fixed asap. After taking a look and lifting a couple of the manhole covers I found the source. Once rodded we cleared the stones and wipes that were causing the issue. I then backwashed right through to the main drain rinsed and sanitised the area job done 👍
