Crawley Parish Alpha Course

On Thursday 8th October (7.30pm) you are invited to a Taster Evening for the "Alpha Course".
(N.B if you cannot make this week it is possible to attend the second session entitled "Who is Jesus?" a week later on Thursday 15th October)

Location - Our Lady’s School, Hare Lane, Langley Green

There will be a meal followed by a talk on “Is there more to life than this?”

The evening is to introduce the ‘Alpha Course’ – a popular course teaching people about the Christian faith, which has been tried by almost 30 million people worldwide. The talk on Thursday 8th October is an introduction to a course that will run on Thursday evenings into December, but there is no obligation whatsoever to commit to a whole course - People are welcome to come along and see what they think, with no commitment and no chasing!

Each evening involves a meal and then a talk or video on a key aspect of the Christian faith,topics include:

- Why did Jesus die?
- How and Why should I Pray?
- Why and How should I read the Bible?

Alpha is aimed at those who feel they don’t know much about the faith, or would like to brush up on the basics. You are welcome to bring a friend too.

You can simply turn up on the night, but if you can let us know if you're coming it will help with catering!
