🌿 Relaxation Workshop – Next Week 🌿

Take some time for yourself and join us next week for a calming and restorative Relaxation Workshop with Lisa Jacques.

This gentle session will explore how relaxation and stress management can support your wellbeing during and beyond cancer treatment, followed by a guided relaxation practice designed to help you unwind and recharge.

🧘‍♀️ You can take party bu being seated in a chair or bring a mat and blanket if you'd prefer to lie down, whatever feels most comfortable for you.
