Hello, I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist based in Crawley, West Sussex. As well as face to face sessions, I also offer appointments online and on the telephone, which enables me to help clients further afield.

I have experience working with trauma, stalking, Harassment, Sexual abuse and Psycho-Sexual problems and offer a safe and confidential space to explore and work through problems.

I offer flexible sessions from one session Therapy to long term therapy.
