🔹Weekend Warehouse Supervisor🔹
⏱Friday 4pm-2am
⏱Saturday 3pm-1am
Duties:
✔️Instructing and organising warehouse workload for warehouse staff.
✔️Supervising staff on shift, allocating staff breaks, reviewing performance, assessing work load balance.
✔️Completing required paperwork.
✔️Assessing loads as per manifest.
✔️Reporting accidents, incidents, returns to correct personnel.
✔️Liaising with and reporting to Warehouse Manager.
Experience:
🔹A minimum of 1 years previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar position.
🔹Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations.
🔹Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
🔹Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
🔹Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🔵We are looking for a Payroll Officer to come join us at The Derry Group Ireland🔵
❓Your role will entail…❓
💻The preparation & submission of weekly computerised payrolls for all companies within the Derry Group in both NI & ROI
💻Responsibility for processing & submission of all statutory payroll filing to both HMRC & Revenue Commissioners as and when required
💻Liaising with departmental managers in relation to employee hours worked and rates of pay.
💻The processing & administration of pension returns, salary surveys, and other payroll related returns including those relating to starters, automatic enrolment and leavers and annual returns.
💻Working with the finance department to undertake salary analysis of actual costs against budget and the posting of the payroll journals to the nominal ledger each month.
🤗About you…🤗
✅A minimum of two years’ relevant experience of operating a computerized payroll including liaison with HM Revenue & Customs
✅Clear & demonstrable experience of RoI payroll processing experience, including dealing with Revenue Commissioners
✅A minimum of two years’ relevant experience of operating a large payroll (with at least 50 employees) including experience of administering varying contractual entitlements (e.g. allowances) overtime and variable hours.
✅Knowledge of statutory entitlements and requirements relating to payroll and pensions administration e.g. SSP and SMP, annual payroll returns as required by HMRC.
✅Strong IT skills including expertise in the use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Microsoft Excel.
✅Ability to work accurately with meticulous attention to detail.
✅Ability to set priorities and goals and manage a diverse workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
✅Excellent oral and written communication skills.
✅Ability to maintain confidentiality.
