We've just received a 1* rating on Google, if I had messed up I would accept it, but this rating has no comments and it is from a name that I do not recognise.

After 12 years of trading I have taken the decision to close the Coventry Laptop Clinic shop

The lease on the shop has come to an end and with costs increasing and returns diminishing I have taken the decision not to renew it.

The counter will be closed to visitors from Monday 11th September and we will not be taking on any work whilst we prepare the shop to hand back to the landlord.

However this is not the end! In October we will re-launch as a call-out/on-site/collection service, so will still be offering our Which? Approved repair services but we will come to you! Work can be carried out at your home or workplace or we can collect your machine and return it to you at your convenience. I would like to thank all of the lovely customers that have supported us over the years and I hope that we can continue to serve you in the future.
