We'd also like to recognise Ethan, our Extra Mile Winner for June🌟

Ethan went above and beyond by representing Ocado, MTC Training and apprenticeships at an MTC Board Dinner, where he was an excellent ambassador for both his employer and the apprenticeship programme.

He also regularly supports colleagues with training centre tours, always doing so with professionalism, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

GCSEs are a big moment. It’s okay not to have everything figured out yet.

June can feel like a lot.

Exams are happening, questions about the future start coming up, and not everyone knows what their next step looks like yet.

If you’re thinking about practical routes into engineering or manufacturing, apprenticeships are one option worth understanding.

But there’s no pressure to decide everything right now.

Often, the best first step is simply talking to employers, asking questions, and exploring what opportunities might be available for September.
