I am often asked to do coaching for clients, whether through their work or paid for by the individual.
Sometimes the coachee knows what their goals are for the coaching sessions, and sometimes they like to follow a set schedule like the one in the picture.
If you would like to find out more about any of these areas or coaching, contact [email protected] or book in a free 15-minute zoom: https://tidycal.com/multiplygroup/15-minute-meeting

There has been a cultural evolution.
People who organise conferences and events noticed this, especially in the couple of years after Covid-19.
Previously, organisers would anticipate a 20-30% decrease in attendance, but since 2022, it is not uncommon to see up to an 80% drop in participation as people are increasingly hesitant to venture outside their homes.
This trend, known as 'Goblin Mode', is characterised by individuals retreating into isolation, avoiding social interactions, and eating take aways at home rather than going out. According to Jonathan Goodman from New Scientist, this behaviour is attributed to the fact that we learn and develop through regular social interactions with peers and older individuals.
As a result, the best thing we can do is keep encouraging people to meet up in a variety of situations, even if only a few people turn up, and maybe evaluate the effectiveness of your communication and advertising.

What do you think of Father's Day?
Is it designed to sell cards, or is it a way to celebrate the fathers in our lives?
Whether your father was present, absent, is alive or no longer walking this Earth, every father has an impact on how we see the world.
My father was someone who loved to challenge me.
I could tell him something, or do a talk or lecture, and he would pause and keep silent for a moment- and I may be fooled into thinking he wasn't listening & was just happy with what was said, but then he would pounce!
He would look at me and ask a particularly searching, often pointed or difficult question.
The sort that I wish hadn’t been asked, because those sorts of questions bring discomfort.
But- those sorts of questions were also like gold- they often got to the heart of the issue and revealed a little of the strategic & brilliant mind that asked the question.
Those sorts of questions brought discomfort, but they also brought change.
A change that can bring me to my full potential, that potential he had already seen in me.
I am so grateful for the questions, love and discomfort he brought.
